Prior to IDEUM he was SVP Supply Chain at Article.com, an on-line furniture and home décor retailer.
Before that he was the Global SVP Supply chain, Finning International, the largest Caterpillar equipment dealer in the world. He also worked at DHL Supply Chain, Latin America.

Victor Hugo founded IDEUM together with Jorge Chavez and is based in Santiago, Chile.
Prior to IDEUM Victor Hugo served for more than 25 years as a professional in the financial area of global companies operating in Chile and Argentina, including the Sara Lee Corporation.
He is a faculty member of Universidad de Chile, and poses an MBA from

Michael joined IDEUM in 2017 and is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Prior to IDEUM he was the Senior Software Solution Designer at SAAB, Senior Consultant at SYLOG IT Services and Software engineer at TLab West.
He is Founder & CEO of Nordseth Consulting, a company that helps companies execute complex systems implementations all over Europe.
